1.
(2011) This was the intro track to the second Strawberry Glass LP "For the Dreamers..." This version is a different mix that I found in the archives while digging back for this compilation. So it only felt right to make it the intro here!
2.
(2014) Originally from the earliest era of kid plastic where it was originally going to be the moniker for an "Industrial Chiptune" project, later to be turned into a Breakcore & Drum and bass project.
3.
(2015) Originally released on the debut kid plastic LP "I met kid plastic and all I got was this fucking mixtape" It first samples an Angry Danny Sexbang, then leading into a Jungle track that samples one of the songs from infamous anime "Boku no Pico"
4.
(2016) Originally released on the EP of the same name, more glitchy breaks and melodic drill and bass from kid plastic
5.
(2010) The Very FIRST track I ever produced. Originally released on the very FIRST LP from Strawberry Glass, and the first electronic album I ever made "zach anner."
6.
(2016) From the kid plastic EP "Life is a Fucking Game (Probably Made By SEGA)" one of my most Melodic drum and bass tunes. One of my favorites.
7.
(2011) This is a very interesting-to-subgenre House track from "For the Dreamers..." At the time I remember this being a favorite of some friends of mine from the album.
8.
(2019) from the Double-single release "Lavender Label / Polar Label". Ambient outsider house. Personally, my favorite Strawberry Glass track (and version) I've ever produced. Very cold, nocturnal lo-fi house.
9.
(2013) A Nightcore/Glitchcore remix of the DDR track "Under the Sky - BeForU with Platonix" Magicstamos was a shitpost duo project started in 2013, Magichash and I, going under the now defunct 'DJ Stamos' pseudonym. At the time, blissfully unaware that Nightcore existed, we opted to call our Chopped and Screwed and/or extremely Glitchy Nightcore remixes of shit "Pitchglitch". You can find all the MAGICSTAMOS material and more info as well as the first two Strawberry Glass releases here: https://magicstamos.bandcamp.com/ There's some real gems there, everything from slowed down and/or sped-up Pop punk & Emo to Happy hardcore DDR bangers, Nickasaur, and more Maplestory music because you already know how we got down. Weirdly.
10.
(2014) Previously unreleased Chiptune track from the earliest era of kid plastic where it was originally meant to be a moniker for an "Industrial chiptune" project.
11.
(2016) Outsider/Acid house track from the second EP in the 'Color Series' by Strawberry Glass - "Olive Label"
12.
(2016) Maplestory Remix from the Debut LP and first album I ever produced, "zach anner." I can't recall the exact music or what zone in Maplestory this is from though! DEAD ASS: If any of you know, DM me on Instagram.
13.
(2017) Recorded in Portland, Oregon at The 26 Room. Originally unreleased, supposed to be included on the still unreleased remix EP "kid plastic - III" Meant to be a tongue in cheek / jokey remix of a teen-pop moombahton ass inspired track, I remember wanting to add a simple House beat to it and see how it sounded. I actually love that little bit at the end there too, wish I would have made that WAY longer. Never intended on releasing this as the entire remix album became a bit of a dead project, I thought i'd include the 3 tracks meant to be on "III" on this compilation.
14.
(2014) From the debut LP from Bupe.HK "H.A.M. (Homophobic Annihilation Manifesto)" one of the more Industrial techno overtoned tracks from the release.
15.
(2010) From the very FIRST LP from Strawberry Glass, and the first electronic album I ever made "zach anner." I don't know what I was going for with this one, and the recording is terrible haha. I know alot of Tylenol 3 and benzos were involved with this first album "zach anner." so keep that in mind. Thats no excuse for poorly recorded and sequenced ... techstep..ish .. bleep ..techno. idk. I like it.
16.
(2017) Recorded in Portland, Oregon at The 26 Room, Originally unreleased, supposed to be included on the still unreleased remix EP "kid plastic - III" Recorded around the same time the Techstep LP "kid plastic - plastek 0.1" EP was being finished, for some reason it didn't make it onto the release.
17.
(2010) Originally released as a Bonus Track on Strawberry Glass' debut LP "zach anner." later released on the now completely lost-media EP "Why?" (2011)
18.
(2017) Recorded and released when I was living in Portland, Oregon, this comes from the "plastek 0.1" EP my first official forray into Techstep and Darkstep more than my traditional sample-heavy jungle sound as kid plastic. The title refers to a date that the world was supposedly to end. "Live your life as if you had 3 days to live."
19.
(2015) Unreleased Strawberry Glass track from 2015, predating the 'Color Series' EPs. Originally a kid plastic Drum and bass idea actually, that was reworked into a funky acid house type track for Strawberry Glass, as I was discovering a more refined sound for SG at this time.
20.
(2015) From the debut kid plastic LP "I met kid plastic and all I got was this fucking mixtape" ~ definitely one of the highlights of the album. Samples Arin Hanson and Danny Sexbang from Game Grumps, as do many tracks from that release haha.
21.
(2016) Off the Strawberry Glass debut EP in the "Color Series" Red Label, from Spring 2016.
22.
(2015) from the second kid plastic LP "your beautiful dark twisted pederasty" this samples an anime called "The Fruits of Grisaia" in a scene in which a girl overdoses on Etizolam (a benzodiazepine-like drug I was addicted to at the time of recording) "a little Etizolam won't kill her, Yuuji" the nurse says to the concerned protagonist. I remember it blowing me away so much that such an obscure drug (in America) I was taking at the time was mentioned in an anime that I'd been randomly watching that I immediately wanted to sample it.
23.
(2016) Originally released on the plasticXstamos collaboration mixtape "we're only in it for the ego II" as a one-off special appearance track. Never officially released on any Strawberry Glass album!
24.
(2016) from the Bupe.HK EP "Rusted I" where I took a dive into Electro-industrial works instead of the prior Harsh, dense industrial techno/Power noise I had been making previously. LYRICS: Lies, You're Being Lied To.
25.
(2014) The Earliest incarnation of kid plastic, which was originally going to be the moniker for a Chiptune/Noise project. Originally released on the official debut EP (more of a Single) "Byte Me" This, alongside "Neo-Chinatown Morphine Arcade" and "Cybernetic Neon Wires" were all from the same batch of recordings.
26.
(2011) This is a rare ass demo version of the ambient house epic and track of the same name from "For the Dreamers..." Originally released as a Bonus Track with the re-release of "For the Dreamers..." on a different label in 2014 I believe. Alot more reverb, alot more raw punch in the kick drums, there's something about this version I always loved. If you want to hear the original cleaner-sounding version it's the Album version on "For the Dreamers..." !
27.
(2019) A shambolic Nightcore remix of "The Wanted - Glad You Came" in a somewhat punchy Happy hardcore format, without being too over-riding of the original track. There's something about it. Originally unreleased, supposed to be included on the still unreleased remix EP "kid plastic - III".
28.
(2011) An alternate even heavier Dub mix of the outro from Strawberry Glass' second LP "For the Dreamers..." It suits to be the outro here as well! Thanks for diving into this Outsider Electronics History and checking all my old shit out! Happy 2020! & if you're ACTUALLY reading this, thank you for being interested enough to read about the tracks! I love you.

KID PLASTIC HOSTS... A DECADE OF OUTSIDER ELECTRONICS ~

2010; I was freshly 15 years old and I started making and producing experimental electronic music under the pseudonym Strawberry Glass, 2014 becoming the birth year for both Electro-industrial project Bupe.HK, the year that Nightcore/Glitch project MagicStamos was in full effect, as well as my now most known project for anything rave, anything Jungle - kid plastic.

This release is a compilation of some of my personal favorites and choice cuts from my Electronic music/EDM canon of the past decade. I didn't include any of my Punk or Noise stuff here. So primarily Bupe.HK (Industrial techno) kid plastic (Chiptune (early), Drum and bass, Breakcore) & Strawberry Glass (Outsider house/Techno) material.

There's ALOT here, so take it in stride. Take ya time.

There is also alot of Volume and Mixing inconsistencies here, so take it at face value. Especially on the earlier Strawberry Glass works, its almost SO Lo-fi that it's almost PAST Lo-fi haha.

Each track has a description and story, as well as the album of origin!

Thank you to everybody that's reading this right now, and that's supported me over this insane 10 years of what is now Outsider Electronics Inc. for all the love. I love you personally, and dearly.
